The Problem

A Critical Gap — and You're Paying for It

Schools operate on a narrow academic model that graduates students with credentials but without self-awareness, career context, or emotional resilience. With the dismantling of federal education infrastructure and shrinking public budgets, this gap is widening — and corporations are absorbing the cost.

No Contextual Knowledge

Students arrive unaware of your industry, role types, or what skills actually matter — longer onboarding, slower productivity ramp, wasted training investment.

Poor Hiring Fit

Students don't understand themselves or which roles align with their interests — corporations inherit workers in mismatched positions, driving low productivity and high turnover.

Emotional Fragility

Students lack self-regulation and stress management tools — they break under pressure, burn out, or leave, creating constant recruitment churn.

Our Solution

The Three Pillars of Self-Actualization

When students find balance and priority across all three pillars, they unlock their full potential — producing optimal output and genuine well-being. For corporations, this means more productive, higher quality, longer-retaining employees. Lattice Inc. create self-actualized students through our three pillars: Life, Work and Hobbies.

Life

Emotional regulation, identity, relationships, and mental wellness — the foundation of everything else. Employees who know themselves perform sustainably.

Work

Future-facing careers in AI, data, and sustainability — taught by the experts building those industries. Students arrive with real context about your world.

Hobbies

Purposeful activities across the energy spectrum — used as tools for mental health and self-discovery. Employees who self-regulate don't burn out so easily.

Self-actualization is not a destination — it's the natural result of living with intention across all three dimensions. When students achieve it, corporations gain employees who are motivated intrinsically, aligned to their values, and built to last.

Our Solution Applied

How Lattice Works: Two Modes, One Mission

Mode 1 - In person Experience

  • High school students
  • 5 days/week after school
  • Manor High School pilot
  • Industry expert-led sessions
  • Structured curriculum

Mode 2 - YouTube Experience

  • Global digital presence
  • Episodic content
  • Culturally relevant
  • Ashanti Sears hosting with influencer co-hosts

Both modes teach the same three pillars:

Lattice meets students where they are — in the classroom and on their screens — delivering the same transformative curriculum through two complementary channels. Corporate partners gain access to both: a local talent pipeline through the in-person program, and national brand reach through the digital experience.

In-Person Program

The Weekly Structure

1

What Your Organization Gains

Partnering with Lattice is a talent pipeline optimization strategy — not a charitable donation. Here is the direct return on your investment:

Better-Aligned Hiring

Students arrive with industry context and role understanding. They've already explored what your roles actually entail — fewer mismatches, fewer bad hires, less turnover.

Faster Productivity Ramp

Students know the questions to ask about your work. They've been exposed to your industry through expert-led modules. Onboarding is shorter; contribution begins faster.

Emotional Resilience

Students have tools for self-regulation and stress management. They understand Life/Work/Hobbies balance — they won't burn out as quickly and perform sustainably, not in unsustainable bursts.

Self-Actualized Performers

Students who understand themselves produce optimal output by design. They're motivated intrinsically — aligned with their values — more engaged, more creative, more committed to their work.

Reduced Turnover Costs

Better-fit employees stay longer. Less constant hiring and training churn. Stronger team cohesion and knowledge retention across your organization.
